Is the site secure?
The site is secured at a high level of security and data confidentiality. To minimize information exposure we use a secure standard and don't store users' credit card details. Also, to increase your account security, we recommend keeping your user details and password confidential, refreshing it often, and being careful not to give it to anyone.
How do I receive the shipment?
Shipping is carried out by global shipping companies (may change due to the Corona period) and reaches the home door / delivery branch. If you're not home, you can authorize the courier to leave the shipment by the door or in the electricity cabinet, and in this case the company won't be responsible for any damage and/or loss or indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused to the shipment as a result.
How do I receive the shipment at the pickup points I chose?
When ordering the package, you can choose the pickup point most convenient for you near the address you entered in the order. After choosing the pickup point location, you'll receive an SMS notification announcing when the package will arrive at the pickup point and the hours you can come to pick it up. The package must be picked up within a week from the moment you receive the notification of its arrival at the pickup point. After one week, the package will be returned to our warehouses.
Where do the products come from?
Our products come from our factories in China and Taiwan, and will reach you at the door with the shipping companies we work with.
What is the estimated shipping time?
The estimated shipping time is up to 25 business days. Fast shipping up to 15 business days. Business days don't include weekends and holidays, and the count starts on the first business day after your order. During the Corona virus period in Israel there may be delays of up to 5 additional business days.
How can I track my order?
Up to six business days after your order, you'll receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment attached. The tracking number can be entered on one of these sites, according to the shipping company from which you received the notification: dhl.co.il, aramex.com, fedex.com.
How can I return to you?
If you want to exchange for another pair / change size. You must update us by email/Instagram about the process, and then send us the package by registered mail (it's recommended to attach a note with the size/new shoe you want). Must be sent to the address: SneakerHouse, P.O.B. 812, Karkur 37108. Every refund/size change will incur a cancellation/change fee of ₪29.90. support@sneakerhouse.co.il
If I discovered a defect in the shoe, what should I do?
You must update us immediately by email to our customer service or alternatively by contacting our Instagram page. We'll handle it immediately with our factories. If a defect is indeed found in the shoe, we'll compensate you with a refund/new pair. support@sneakerhouse.co.il
How can I change the address?
If you want to change the shipping address, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order, you must update our customer service as soon as possible. support@sneakerhouse.co.il
