Introduction

The sneakerhouse.co.il website operated by SneakerHouse serves as a site for purchasing shoes.

Anything stated in these terms in the masculine is for convenience only and the terms refer equally to both genders.

Purchasing through the site is subject to the conditions detailed in these terms.

The very act of purchasing the product on the site constitutes a declaration by the customer that they have read these terms, understood them, and agreed to them. The terms constitute a binding contract between you and the company.

Purchase

The site allows customers comfortable, easy, and secure purchase of the product via the internet.

You can purchase the product on the site at any time until stock runs out.

Purchase on the site is via credit card / bank transfer / PayPal, and the transaction will be carried out after approval by the credit card company / bank.

The price of the product on the site includes VAT.

The company reserves the right to discontinue marketing and selling the product at any time, as well as to deny the right to purchase on the sales site at its discretion.

After completing the purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer by email, including a breakdown of the products, the final price (including VAT), shipping details and the order number.

In the event of a clear pricing error on the website, the company reserves the right to cancel the transaction and refund the payment in full, without further liability.

Returns and cancellations

You can cancel the transaction by contacting our Instagram page or by email to the company's customer service. Cancellation of the transaction will be valid only after receiving a fax or email from the company confirming the cancellation request. If the cancellation is approved – the product must be returned to the company, with all costs involved in returning the product borne by the customer. The product must be returned in its original packaging together with the box and all accompanying items, along with the original invoice and as long as 30 days have not passed from the date of purchase.

In case of cancellation, the company will refund the customer's money subject to these terms.

If the transaction is cancelled after the customer has already received the product, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the product back to the company, in addition to the cancellation fee.

The cancellation policy detailed above applies only to products purchased on the site. The company will not handle returns of products purchased through another source.

• In case the product is returned to the company without the accompanying items / box, the customer will bear a payment of ₪49.90.
• In case of returning the product to the company and cancelling the transaction immediately (without size change), a cancellation fee of ₪29.90 will apply (in addition to the shipping cost to us).
• The cancellation fee refers to a single product only; in case of returning more than one product, the cancellation fee will be in accordance with the number of products returned.
• In case of a size change / model change, such a process will involve a change fee of ₪29.90 (in addition to the shipping cost to us).

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010, the customer may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or the date of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later.

A cancellation notice may be submitted in one of the following ways: orally (by phone), in writing, by email to support@sneakerhouse.co.il, via the cancellation form on the website, or by registered mail to the company address.

In case of a statutory cancellation, the company will refund the customer within 14 calendar days of receiving the cancellation notice, via the same payment method used for the original transaction. In such a case, the company is entitled to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the law.

Supply and delivery of the product

The company will arrange delivery of the product to the customer at the address typed by them when making the purchase on the sales site, within 18-25 business days, if they chose standard shipping. The estimated time for express shipping is 9-15 business days.

The company won't be responsible for any delay and/or postponement in supply and/or non-supply caused by force majeure and/or events beyond its control.

Delivery of the product will be carried out to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, and the customer cannot pick up the product from the company's offices. The product price includes the shipping cost.

Warranty and service

The company won't be responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or misuse of the product, including any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damage – to the extent permitted by law. The customer bears the responsibility and all risk and obligations for loss, damage, and injury to their body and/or property and/or to the property and/or body of third parties, resulting from the use and/or non-use of the product, except in cases where it is determined that said damage was caused due to the company's sole negligence.

Data security and privacy

SneakerHouse, as well as sister companies and other subcontractors acting on behalf of SneakerHouse and according to the same standards, are entitled to use the information appearing on the form in order to bring you the requested information and services. This personal information will not be exposed and will not be used additionally for marketing purposes without permission.

The company takes accepted precautions to maintain, as much as possible, the confidentiality of the information. In cases beyond the company's control and/or caused by force majeure, the company won't be responsible for any damage of any kind, direct or indirect, that may be caused to the customer if this information is lost and/or used in an unauthorized manner.

The company commits not to use the information supplied to it by buyers except to enable the purchase on the sales site and in accordance with any law.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in this sales site are the exclusive property of SneakerHouse.

Law and jurisdiction

Interpretation and enforcement of these terms and/or any action or dispute arising from them will be done in accordance with Israeli law only, and the competent court in one of the districts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Haifa, Jerusalem, or Beersheba shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Amendments to these Terms

The company may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, together with the date of the last update.

Material changes to these Terms will apply only to new orders placed after the change is published on the website.
