30-day returns
You can return or exchange products within 30 days from the moment you receive the shipment.
Return conditions
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must be in new condition, with no signs of use
- The purchase invoice or order number must be attached
- Products that have been used will not be accepted for return

- Note the order number and the reason for the return
- We'll send you instructions for returning the product
- Refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the cancellation notice, via the same payment method used for the original purchase, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Size exchange
The size doesn't fit? No problem! Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. The exchange is subject to availability of the requested size in stock.
Cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection Law
Our 30-day return policy is more generous than the statutory rights under the law. According to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, customers may cancel a distance-sale transaction within 14 days of receiving the product.
Cancellation may be submitted in one of the following ways: by email to support@sneakerhouse.co.il, via the cancellation form on our website, by registered mail to the company address, or by phone to customer service.
Per the law, the company will refund the customer within 14 calendar days of receiving the cancellation notice, via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Cancellation outside the statutory framework (e.g., due to dissatisfaction) is subject to the company's general return policy.
